On 10 March 2016, Jean-Philippe Theyskens, brother of Olivier Theyskens, art historian and lecturer for many cultural institutions, answered these different questions.

During the conference, Jean-Philippe Theyskens recounted the designer’s connections to Brussels. He returned to the Belgian stylist’s favourite images:

  • Romantic crinolines;
  • Gothic silhouettes;
  • Sharp sketches;
  • Portraits by Irving Penn or Annie Leibovitz;
  • Outfits worn by Nicole Kidman;
  • Dresses sported by Madonna and Kirsten Pieter.
